Late/no Delivery

I bought a furniture on a Saturday, it wasn't delivered the following week. a week after I was promised a delivery on Tuesday, come Tuesday I receive a call to reschedule for Thursday then I refused and eventually they promised to deliver on Tuesday. later that day I received a call from Riaan asking to Deliver AGAIN on Thursday to which I said no and insisted on Tuesday eventually they delivered on Tuesday and it was very late. After the delivery I noticed that one single couch was damaged, I reported it the following day (Wednesday) and was promised to get an exchange on Saturday morning and I am still waiting for it. These guys they do not even disclose where to find part of the furniture when they deliver so that one can easily assemble everything, I had to figure out where to find some of the part that were hidden underneath the couch. They do not have after sale support. AT ALL. :(
