Keeping my funds for no problem of mine.

I ordered a garden furniture in December 2021 at the Decofurn in Greenstone when the cost was only R6590.00 in total. I then put an amount specified the reason being, I did that was because they were short of the table which they would order and call me the following day. I would have paid it cash but because they were short of the table which they would order and call me the following day to come and collect my furniture.

This has carried on from the 27 December 2021 up until today that I always drive to the store to collect but the invoicing was changed from cash to lay buy and I now owe them R7590.00 with all sorts of explanations that does not really make sense because I did not layby but made a cash purchase that when my table has been sourced the following day I would pay the difference. Their contract specifies that after six months you loose your cash because of layby. They just like avoid me like I am crazy!!

I asked them what game are they playing after my sixth visit and to date they have not called me to give me my furniture as well as pay for my unfruitful visits of petrol used without any success. They are playing the six months card whereby even their credit lady showed me an invoice that charges me R7590.00 though my balance is only R590.00 on the 27 December 2021.

I am of the opinion that they are playing a race card here because when I left the last time it was another Black man that was fighting for his goods as well not knowing how many of us. All I want now is my furniture delivered to my place immediately without delay after a six months battle of the product I already paid for.

I now demand for delivery of my goods and travel I made to them without giving me my goods so that they can own my money because of their contract that I know I paid cash but they don't even reach out to me to tell me what game are they playing.
