*** Service!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service received from Decofurn centurion!!! i will never in my life purchase anything again from them ... when you walk into the shop all the sales people run to come and assist you , until they got your sale and money in there hand , thats when the **** service starts !!! i was promised delivery on Saturday 10/03/2018 , i was promised my newly purchased Lounge suit to the value of R15 000 will be delivered by 10 am , after 100s of calls to them , every consultant kept saying they will call me back but no one did . i had to keep on calling at 6pm that evening i received my delivery ... together with the lounge suit i had order a plasma stand as well as a book shelf ,the plasma stand came incomplete with various tools/*****s etc missing in the box , on monday i called them to notify them at 9am , i was promised delivery by Gerald on the same day , and yet again i am left disappointed , no delivery once again or no even call to say why the items were not delivered , today (tuesday) i call and speak to Gerald which i had to call another 50 times to get hold of , and i still dont have an answer as to when the rest of the goods will be delivered , all i get is promised phone calls which never happened ... my initial sales person was Neresan who i am disgusted in her disgraceful service!
