*******, ***** with disgusting service. I cancelled an online order on the 9th of September to day I have not received my refund. Leatitia Informed me to expect the refund within 7working days and no one had the decency to let me know that they will take longer than that. I was also promised a call from one of the managers, and that did not happen. Appalling. They don’t even want to refund all interest gained from keeping my money into their account till today. The refund was only processed today the 23rd, and no apology was given.
