Inferior quality of products and arrogant stuff members

Worst shop to buy from and zero communication from them.

Received ordered goods inclusive of items that I requested they cancel prior to dispatching, when I requested that they come collect the canceled item they then proceeded to tell and force me to pay collection fee whilst the mistake was on their side.

I refused and requested for my query to be escalated which never was, it was just bounced around among themselves Jade and Leatitia.

Eventually canceled everything, paid and received my discounted refund but I will never look their way ever again.
