Inferior quality Decofurn

Bought lounge set from @decofurn about 3 years ago ... paid R25k ... it was synthetic leather or bonded leather...it's totally falling apart...torn and withering away...Sent and email Feb this year with no response other than an automated response saying turn around is 3 days...haven't had any response since... a month ago I placed a complaint regarding Same on my tik tok page with more than R1ook views and 800 comments 99% of the customers who bought from decofurn had the Same problem...recently visited a friend who purchased 2 years ago and to my surprise has the exact same problem... Decofurn seems to selling inferior products at high prices...very disappointing 😞
