Incorrect order and ignored by CS!

Ordered a table but delivered with incorrect legs. CS has taken over a week to resolve my issue and still hasn't resolved the issue yet. Issue was escalated, but has been quiet for two days.

I took the legs back myself, only to be told I needed an invoice or to return the table MYSELF after showing the Collection department my order receipt email, the legs, and order number.

Completely unacceptable handling of a mistake.
