Incorrect couches

I sat on the recliner couches I want with the sales lady while ordering the couches. She goes and orders the incorrect couches. This after I had to wait 12 days for it to arrive and numerous calls where they just dont phone you back. Now i have paid for ugly couches I didnt order. Do not go to Decofurn Centurion. I will be going there today for an immediate exchange or money back!
