Incomplete job

I’m very disappointed at Decofurn, I’ve been sending emails and no one has bothered to respond to my emails and, I’ve been of the job they did which was not done correctly. I need them to sort this issue or else I’m gonna take legal actions against them. I told them I’m moving out on Saturday and still they haven’t done anything to assist me regarding my situation!
