I bought a plasma stand on Friday 01/03/2019 and they said have 1 in stock. I then paid via I-Pay and I told them I shall collect it the following day. When I got there they salesman said he's sorry but the stand is out of stock as another person already bought it before me.

I then went to the store again on Sunday and requested a refund and filled in some form. They assured me 3-4 days on my refund. I then called Jacques on 05/03/2019 to confirm if all is in order and he said he's just waiting for for head office to release payment. I called him again this morning then he says my stuff is not processed because they had a system failure.

I don't think I will deal with this branch ever - they are very ***********. I just want my refund asap, that is all.
