On the 27th of october we lay byed a bed for R6900 and on the same day we made a deposit of R2000 and on the 1st of November we transfered an amount of R2000 using the reference that was given to us by the store,on the 5th of December we came to the store to pay the balance of R3900 and the slip they gave us after paying showed an outstanding balance of R0.00. Today we are here to collect and we are being told that the R2000 that was thrasferred on the 1st is not showing however we did provide them with proof of payment but it's not enough to them to give us the goods,the account number and the reference number is clear and correct,we hired a truck to come and collect the goods to Limpopo and we have been in the store for more than two hours now.the manager Nico said we need to wait and he doesn't know for how long we should wait.this is such an inconvenience since the truck we hired will charge us more. We have never seen such an ***********.the cashier's name is Buhle
