I went to the Decofurn in Randburg in January to lay-by a bed, when I got there it was out of stock so I had to settle for one I didn't want.>I took it anyway because I was desperate. In February I went back to pay the rest off and get the bed. The sales person on the floor informed me that the mattress and the base are in stock when I got to the till, the manager says they don't have stock for the base.. So they tell me I'll have to get a different base which will be a R100 extra.. I was annoyed but accepted. After paying, I went to collection, stood there for a good hour only to find that that the Base I paid R100 extra for is out of stock too... They then just gave me the base that was on display.. I went back in to inform them of their incompetency and as far as I know, when you get a bed on display, there should some form of discount... Zero... I was desperate to leave with a bed but they played on that. I have now paid extra for something I should have received a discount on and spend 3 hours at Decofurn because they keep lying about what is in stock and what isn't to make an extra buck. I'm disgusted actually.
