IF THERE WAS A 0 RATING I WOULD HAVE RATED THEM THAT

I REALLY WANT THESE BEAUTIFUL COUCHES BUT....It was my 1st time buying furniture online but because the couches looked so nice,i gave up my fear and paid online.I was informed delivery would take between 3-5 working days.I ordered on the 23rd of November and today is the 1st of December and still no couches.When i call,the line just rings and no answer,i email and respond informing me that i will receive them and will get a notification before as to when they would deliver.

I am also scared that i might have been conned by this place!!
