Horrible service, products are in bad condition

I placed an order 13 November, the order came late.

Placing the order was `n mission its own. They have 10 telephone numbers and never answer, they never reply on any emails i send i cant get hold of them. When i do get hold of them they keep saying they'll phone back and they never do! I bought products worth R20 000 from they, they are quick to sell but when it comes to delivery they just don't deliver. I phoned so many times as i had to arrange for someone to be home and followed up with them when they are delivering. At first i could never get a date out of them. Its now the 28 of November. Still struggling to get my products out of them as it was delivered damaged. You will definitely never see me again Decofurn Centurion.
