Horrible Service from all staff members

I still don’t have my chairs that I paid for on 25 April. Every third week I have to go to your shop because nobody calls me with a update. This was at your Northriding shop. Every single time I have gone back to your shop my chairs have not been ordered.What circus are you running there???
