Horrible Service.

I purchased a table online in light oak the 14/01. On the 18/01 it was delivered. I had an appointment so was not here while they unboxed and assembled. The color is far from light oak. I logged a query the same day. They have 3 day SLA. However, I have called numerous times and was only able to speak to the lady assigned to my case. Who on the 23/01 said “ Hi Lauren

Just some feedback with regards to the below colour this is unfortunately current colour the item comes in, please may I offer you a refund”. I then called on the 24/01 to follow up. Thats the day I was able to speak to her. She didn’t even say who’s speaking. Just starts talking and says something along the lines of the necessary people will get in touch with you for the collection. To date, nobody has called nor has the person assigned to my case bothered to call.

Leave alone the customer service being absolutely atrocious. The picture and actual table are worlds apart.
