Horrible Service

Decofurn in Longmeadow business park Johannesburg. Horrible service , i reserved a couch and paid half of the payment as instructed. I did not want to lay buy as i knew i can pay in full within 7 days. When i came on the seventh day to collect and pay i was advised that the couch is reserved on the system ,however the Warehouse sold it and i can wait an additional 10 days for the next order. When speaking to the cashier and voicing out my concerns i asked why are the managers not on duty as we have been asking for them (myself and other customers) the cashier said the two managers are just next to me and can hear everything and one of the managers called Jabu just laughed the other one Sandra said to the cashier she is busy.Because of their mistake if i want a refund i need to wait for processing if 2-3 days and refund of another 10 days !!!! The sales agent Thabo that confirmed the purchase left the cashier mid discussion and went home.
