Horrible Service

Very disappointing when you pay for items at Decofurn Boksburg and three weeks later no items. When you call to follwo up you get empty promises from store managers and no proper service. Quick to take your money but not give you what you paid for. This is the last time i will purchase anything from Decofurn Boksburg as the service is non existant once you have paid for your purchase. I require someone to contact me or I will report Decofurn Boksburg to CPA and the Ombudsman. This is unacceptable really , I have to call after store managers and when you call the store line it just rings.
