Horrible retailer

Decofurnsa has to be the worst retail shop in SA. If you've considered visiting their website for furniture purchases, don't bother. More than 70% of their products will be out of stock. If you do manage to purchase an item, don't rely on speedy delivery, or the fact that you can simply ask for an invoice. I've been waiting for a tax invoice for over a week. And every 'chat with an expert' or phone call has the same result - "we will escalate your request." Save yourself the trouble, find another retailer.
