HORRIBLE PICKUP SYSTEM

BOKSBURG BRANCH -Had to wait over an hour and a half for an online order!!! A ONLINE PRE-ORDERD item( One carpet) There were over 49 people also waiting and complaining. Three people physically got up and said they have had enough it’s ridiculous to wait this long for a pick up mind you.The system is very outdated, they need to update the system, after that the staff will be much quicker.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE and choosing pickup! Absolute horrible experience!
