Horrible customer support experience

Had the worst experience with their Customer Support team. No sense of urgency, no empathy or willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Even though their process inconveniences the customer, there is no sense to even escalate the issue to higher management for review so that other customers don't experience this. Never buying from them again.
