********** CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

It's a pity there's not a zero star as an option as 1 star is too high! I would definitely NEVER recommend Decofurn as the bad service is not worth buying from them! I don't have a problem with the actual products once they eventually arrive but the customer service is absolutely shocking! First they don't deliver when promised & don't bother to let you know they're not coming when promised! Deliver faulty products, charge for assembly, promise to bring replacement product & don't bother to turn up! I have made 7 phone calls in 3 days regarding this & each time nobody has really apologised for the bad service! They've taken all my details (which I had to repeat numerous times as they don't listen) & then still get it wrong & don't bother to get back to me regarding the problem! I even spoke to HEAD OFFICE, who also didn't bother to get back to me! They must obviously have so much money that they don't care about giving people bad service! Plus they really have no manners either, all sound miserable as sin! I have now been made another promise of a replacement delivery & am not holding my breath!
