furniture. I purchased a lazy boy. The delivery personnel were informed and shown that there was great difficulty to close the kick plate. After the delivery of the second one I lost it. The regional manager avoided meeting with me and refused to call. Appalling customer service. Would never recommend using them at all. I want my money back
