Have I been ****med by Deco Furn SA

I placed an order on 1 December 2018, hoping for delivery before 16 December 2018 as their website mentioned 5 working days to delivery. When I followed up on the delivery date, I was told it couldn't happen before the 16th as they still had backlog from Black Friday. I was travelling for christmas ad reqested they deliver on the 2nd of January. I phoned on the 2nd to follow up on my delivery. Their hotline number goes to voicemail and email from their contact us page are unanswered. I do not know if I will get delivery, and I am concerned that I have now been ****med by their online store. I have purchased from their East Rand stores with no issues, but the east rand team say they are separate from the online team.
