Half a couch received

I ordered a bunch of furniture on the23rd of November,I received no feedback on why the delivery was delayed and was supposed to be delivered in 10 days took 3 weeks. The eventually I received order on the 14th of December with a couch missing on the order and the order couch delivered with no cushions. Shocking service!!!!
