Had two sleep on a cold floor for 4 days

on the 04/12/2015 at 1355 my partner purchased a Kim leather touch Queen size bed <br> the deb was on display in the store and we asked for that specific bed. When they delivery we found that the mattress was not the same as the one we ordered, we sent it back and my wife partner accompanied the men to the store as to inquire what went wrong.<br> <br> There explanation was that it was just a display and that they cannot do anything about it even though i cried falls advertising.<br> <br> after my partner called me i said we need a bed we cant sleep on the floor so just take the bed as is and we will purchase another next month, they requested that my partner pay 400 for delivery even though they where at fault and the advert said free delivery, which she paid because she did not want to argue any longer.<br> <br> four days later i still do not have a bed and have to sleep on the floor because because it has not been delivered <br> <br>
