had to sleep on the floor for day

After posting my complaint a while ago i am still not happy with DECOFERN.<br> <br> After calling rian many times he finally decided he is going to refund me 400 rand for the delivery <br> So i drove all the way to Edenvale to collect the damaged plank for the bed and to ask why i have not yet been refunded even though he stated that he will refund me by the 11th of January. app-on my arrival i asked why i have not been refunded as yet? he asked the cashier who they rep**** this was never logged and that i had to complete a refund claim for which i did and then left with the replacement plank for the bed. on Saturday the 30th Rian calls me informing me that they will not refund me the 400 rand for delivery and he could not explain why.<br> <br> My Point is Decofurn delivered my bed late, asked me to pay for delivery which they say was free when purchasing goods to the value of 3000 rand and still delivered the incorrect bed, promised to refund me by a specific date and failed to do so, wasted my time by informing me to complete a refund form the called me and informed me that the will not pay me , and they did not explain why.<br> <br> I would like someone to assist me with this matter <br> Lizelle cooke
