Greenstone store is pathetic

I purchased goods from the Greenstone store and my order was meant to be delivered over a week ago. I am still waiting. I keep calling and I keep getting promises of deliveries from the store manager and other staff at the store. No luck. How much longer will this be? I would not recommend this store to anyone
