Glass table not of good quality and no assistance offered

Bought a glass table sometime in April last year and only got it installed around September last year. Due to the instruction booklet and item not being the same I went back to the store. They allocated someone to come assist with the assembly. About 7 months later after assembly (on Friday) the table collapsed unprovoked. Upon further inspection I noticed the threads are messed up. As I try fix the one side the other side comes off because of the threads. I went to the store to ask for help but they asked to send a mail. I did that and now being told the table is out of warranty shows no care. I don't know how to get this sorted as the glass tops and legs are still fine but the *****ing part is damaged!
