furniture paid for in full but no stock

On the 4th of february 2015 i paid for, in full, some furniture for my new home. Decofurn's emploee innocent has received numerous calls from me and has been lying to me, telling me he will make sure my order will be ready soon and that was weeks ago. He then avoided me and put his manager on the phone who they call Sred who told me my daughter's bed is the only thing missing, they will call me to collect my furniture. My family members have to sleep on the floor meantime while we wait for weeks for our furniture to be ready and live out of boxes. So im now asking myself what i will have to resort to so my furniture is ready. I need a timeline, if all other furniture is ready, how hard is it to just get a single bed. My patience has run out with these people.
