Free delivery, R40 to assemble and R800 to collect = A JOKE!

I ordered a couch from their website last week and it was delivered at my apartment on after 4pm on Saturday afternoon. I stepped out while the guys were assembling (fee is R40) by the time I returned it was complete. I was immediately disappointed about this purchase - hard, small - and I even told them. They left with the box, I went online to request that I come in to their store to find something suitable to exchange, and if I don't find anything then I need a refund. I go to the ****arney gardens store on Sunday and it was closed. Only today can they give me actual feedback. They want to charge me a 20% handling fee for collection so we are looking at R800 or more! Are you serious? Cos clearly they don't want this sale. At this point, I might as well get a box, get someone to disassemble and put it in his bakkie, I get my money back and go else! Surely this is not ok!
