These guys are nothing but ********, after I bought two tall kitchen chairs I was assured that if they assemble them I would be able to exchange the goods in case.

So I found out that the chairs are too tall for the table and wanted to change to much shorter ones, to my amazement I was told to be charged 25% percentage of purchase price which means I will top up with additional cash.

I asked their management to show me on their ts and cs where this was advised he beat about the bush and ****ed

This one is on West Rand, left me with a soar month.
