Why is there no Zero rating option because this comp-any does not deserve any recognition however low it is. I regret every buying from this **** of a company. They made a ton of money during stage 4 of this epidemic now they cant fulfil the orders. Stay away from Decofurn please. Not worth the trouble and stress. I wish had the resources to host and on-line store. I would show them how its done and how to actually make money the legal right way and have satisfied customers and then they can make more money legally. I even emailed a senior management leader at the company initials GL and he didn’t even bother responding to my requests although he read it. Their call centre agents seem so scared to make any commitments. I feel so sorry for them. Well at least they getting paid with our cash during lockdown and we don’t have the promised goods. I think that was managements intention. I have ordered on-line from numerous companies before and I don’t know why this time I went with a ********** company and why I didn’t do my research properly. I hate giving South African companies such bad reviews as we need all the support for our South African Businesses for our country to prosper. Decofurn is one company that does not require that support so please don’t support them in the future. Go to the reliable companies South African Companies that put its citizens and customers first. This company has no interest in our country and its people.
