Fourways stores ups and downs

Went to the Fourways store to collect. Started at the shop to see somethings I saw online. The staff watched me look around and were not even bothered to ask if I needed any help. When I eventually asked for help, they were all bored and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. Not helpful at all.

Minutes later I went to the factory shop to collect and had a world class experience. The gents were all kind, patient and friendly. Luckily my experience ended on a high but shucks, they need to do something about the staff at the store.
