For the Privileged Only

Unless you are from a privileged white area, do not buy from this place.

Ordered a gaming chair, they were quick to accept my order and take my money. However, got an email the next day saying that my area is high risk and they cannot deliver. Furthermore, got another email stating that their Somerset Branch can deliver but that it will cost R300 for delivery. Yet, at checkout I qualified for free delivery. Now I am being told that free delivery only applies to orders R3999 or above. But their website provides free delivery and they won't take onus for the error.

These people are so unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. Its best to just take your business somewhere else. I have never had such bad service from any store before.

Orders from other stores like Takealot, Wootware, One day only and various others have no issues delivering to Malibu Village Blue Downs yet they do and then they try and ****** extra cash from your pocket. I cancelled my order and awaiting a full refund!

Do not believe the positive reviews on their website or Facebook page like I did.
