Flimsy wooden bed frame

I bought the wooden bed frame in March 2025.

It was mainly used by her friend when visit, she advised recently that the bed is super flimsy and it feels like it's going to break. She weighs less than 70 kgs.

I corresponding with Deco Furn who sent out someone, who pointed out a minor issue which was adjusted but my daughter continued to complain.

I advised Deco Furn,who in turn advised there's nothing they can do,it's been more than 7 days. The bed frame was over R2000 to be discarded like that. This is totally unacceptable.
