Flatpacks don't line up

I bought a table from them for me to assemble. When sending flatpacks, surely you make sure the measurements are correct as the legs were too wide for the gap they fit in. I emailed to ask if someone could phone me and they responded with a generic email asking for pictures of damaged parts. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!! I sent pics of where it wouldn't fit and not a word back. A 1 STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH!
