First and last visit

Today was the first and most certainly the last time that I will ever visit this store. We headed to the Boksburg branch to purchase 6 wicker dining room chairs which we had seen online. When we got there we waited 15 minutes to be attended to. Then after we had taken the chair off the shelf out of frustration ourselves a lady finally approached us only to tell us that every single style or colour of wicker chair is not in stock and has been discontinued. We looked at a dining table, not in stock. My husband asked if other branches (there are about 6) could not be contacted to see if there was stock. Absolutely, but you need to phone them yourself. Of course no other branches have stock. Lesson learned. Thanks to Builders Warehouse Boksburg for fast efficient service.
