Faulty Items DECOFURN

I bought 2 sleeper couches at Decofurn on Hendrick Potgieter on the westrand on the 24/09/2023.

I noticed that the couches were tearing and this is just used for sitting on..

I logged a online complaint and I was told to bring the couch in so that they can inspect the couch and sort out the issue according.

When I get to decofurn with the couch a guy by the name Darashen says I must leave the couch for 14 days for inspection when I ask him regarding the other couch he said I should bring that aswell. I informed him that I would be without couches for 2 weeks. He apologized and said that is unfortunate so I said I can't bring back both.

I re emailed the complaint to decofurn regarding all I have been given is.

I spent Money on a faulty product that gets ignored by Decofurn.
