FALSE PRICE ADVERTISED

On Tuesday 1st October 2019, I went to the online store of Decofurnsa. I wanted to buy a Brown UZI Recliner lounge suite. It was on a special, so i proceeded to to select the product with brown being my color of choice. However, every time I clicked on the color Brown, it told me that they were out of stock. i got onto their chat line and spoke to a lady called Leatitia. She seemed as in the dark about the situation as i was. There was a prolonged hush after which i went back to the chat and told her that if she couldn't help me, to get someone who could. She later came back to me and said her superior said, the Brown UZI Lounge suit wasn't on special. Only the Grey one was on special. If i wanted to buy the Brown suite, i would kave to buy it as individual units. This would work out to be considerably more than the sale price of the suite. My next question was this; if thBrown UZI Recliner Lounge Suite wasn;t on special, why was Brown an option in color. Surely that was false advertising. Leatitia could not answer my Question. She came back to me and told me that she gave my contact details to her superior, who was going to contact soon. Today is Friday 4th October 2019. Still no-one at Decofurn has had the decency to call me. There service leaves a lot to be desired. I will surely not EVER recommend them to ANYONE, friend or foe.
