False impressions / unrealiable service

I ordered a few items at Decofurn in Centurion and I was told that everything is in stock and delivery was arranged for the 8th of December 2018. The delivery came through but my coffee table was missing and the delivery guy explained that the store stated that it was out of stock. What i failed to understand is that when i paid for my items on the 28th I was told that everything is in stock and i should expect my delivery on the 8th. I called their office and some guy took my details and said they would call back to clarify. Now they are not even taking my calls anymore and i am not impressed at all!!!!!!!!! such terrible service.
