False adverti*****t ........of weight capacity

Good day I've purchased a bedframe and mattress sadly the bedframe had no *****s nd fittings so iv contacted them had to wait a week for the fittings to be delivered so that issue was resolved ..Then also the matress I purchased clearly described its capacity of 120kg on the Decofurn online app now stating on the matress when they deliver it the capacity is 110kg capacity ...When I queried this issue guess what there response was that the supplier made a mistake isn't it for Decofurn to correct the capacity issue of this matress because when I bought it I bought it thinking that 120kg will accommodate my weight now the wanting to prolong it after almost 3 weeks of emails they want to refund me nd I must now pay in the difrence of the matress they do not want to replace because of there false or wrong adverti*****t ...I'm tired of DECOFURNS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY COULD NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE IN STUCKED WITH THE WRONG WEIGHT CAPACITY MATRESS THEY SENT ME ...
