I bought 4 chairs online last year December. A week later I got a call that there's no stock available even though till today when I try to reorder it still shows some branches have the chairs in stock. I was then told end of January latest I will get my delivery. End of January I called Neh Mkhize who was rude and didn't even care that I was frustrated and tired of the lies told me more lies. The shipment is still hasn't arrived 2 months later. Then I called twice to find out that now I am due for the refund of which I never agreed on and no communication on how this has happened. They are just sitting with my money and no chairs. Now they will reorder again taking more days for the delivery. They are falsely advertising something they don't have you pay and they wait a few days to tell you that their system hasn't updated. From December till now the system still shows stock availability even though they have nothing. Worse experience of my life shopping online. DO NOT BUY FROM DECOFURN IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF NO LATER THAN 3 MONTHS.
