FALSE ADVERTISING, *****, NO COMMUNICATION

PATHETIC ***** NO COMMUNICATION FALSE ADVERTISING On the 27th of May I placed and paid for an on line order for just under R10K. Delivery was to take place between 5 - 7 days. Phoned them 2 weeks ago and was told it was with dispatch. Last week phoned them again and again was told it was with dispatch. When I told them it wasn't a good enough answer and requested that a date be given I was told that it would be delivered towards the end of the week alternatively early this week. I phoned them today again and was told it was with dispatch. This time I wasn't falling for the same answer and demanded that I be given a date. I was told they would phone me back. Someone did phone to tell me they didn't have stock of the kitchen chairs ordered and the price was wrong. FALSE ADVERTISING. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE NOW SAYING THERE IS NO STOCK PATHETIC *****!!!! I told them I wanted my money back and wanted to know when delivery of the other goods could be done. I told them I expected to receive delivery by FRIDAY. They are supposed to phone me bac****!
