False advertising

Absolutely shocking service. Advertised price is not what is charged, when telling the cashier that is not at that price as shown she still rung up the full price. Once paying for the goods we saw she hadn't put the sale price on we asked for a refund they refused saying they will credit the R400. 00 when we had spent R5045. 00 the previous weekend and have nothing else to buy. We had to have a Big story as to they will only credit when the last item arrives in 10 working days at this point called the manager who can only return the money in 5 working days. Refused to listen that we have debit orders to go off his attitude is that it's not his issue. Eventually after loosing it he now has cash which apparently they cannot do 10 minutes prior.

Do not recommend this place, had we not checked and bought this up they would of made r400.

Musa the manager as well attitude is completely I helpful would rather pay more somewhere else!
