Fab Service from a Fab Team!

We were at Decofurn Amarosa today and received some of the best service we have had in a while. Unfortunately, one of the items we ordered in-store was out of stock, and we asked for an exchange with something in stock. Between Palesa, Louie, Nqobile, and Lettie, we got the exchange handled super quickly, even after store closing hours. I know they could have told us to order the other item and we wait for it, but Palesa really went the extra mile with an exchange suggestion and phoning the team instore to help me asap. Thank you all for helping us get what we wanted and going the extra mile, all with massive smiles on your faces! 😊 These superstars really deserved some extra recognition and I hope some sort of bonus for upholding some amazing values and making Decofurn look great!
