Extremely rude, ****** GM at the Silverlakes Decofurn

Kindly note that I purchase furniture at Decofurn Silverlakes and unfortunately I lost the receipt and I returned to the store to exchange the pedestals, I was told that the shop does not exchange anything without a receipt I asked them to do a reprint and the GM blindly refused to do that and I was told that without a receipt he will not take the things back, I offered to produce my id , bank notification as well as the card that was used to purchase the service and the remarks that were made was very rude!
