Extremely poor customer service - Decofurn montague gardens

I went to simply get a desk and chair at Decofurn. My issues included stock of chairs being unavailable for months and pitching up a few times after being told that it would be there. This is not such a big issue as I could have called as well. But the slow payment process is unacceptable - having to wait 20 mins to get a process printed is unacceptable after I have already paid. I was in a rush and they were unwilling to alert warehouse (right next door) to get my stock ready to save me some time. I asked for the manager to assist but no one came or offered solutions to make up for genuinely poor service.
