EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The service at Decofurn is extremely pathetic and poor. I regret buying from them. They do not take any effort in ensuring customers are satisfied, yet we are supporting their business. I bought pedestals on their website which look bigger than what I received. On arrival of my order I contacted them to let them know that they are too small and I would like to return them, I was advised to email their head office which is in Cape Town and they would revert back. They are now refusing to take back what I have bought from them as it has been assembled and removed from its original packaging. How should one be able to view something without taking it out from its packaging,?nonetheless, I BOUGHT THE ITEMS FROM THEM!!!! They are useless, and I would never ever advise anyone to buy on their website because it is nonsense. They should have stated that goods that have been assembled CAN'T be returned the moment we selected the assemble amount.
