EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVISE AND POOR-QUALITY FURNITURE

I purchased a single bed for my 5-year-old daughter which she HARDLY ever use.

I have the bed for 2 months and the quality of the material used is extremely cheap! after weeks of not using her bed, she finally decided to sleep in her own bed and the wooden base broke in half! AFTER EMAILING 5 TIMES and calling them thrice! I still never got a response! SERIOUSLY PATHETIC
